What story does your quilt tell?

Quilting Stories

 Longarm Quilting Services

Quilts have been a part of the history of the United States.  Did you know that quilts were used during the Revolutionary and Civil Wars in order to communicate messages?  The patterns were used to communicate troop movements as well as guide people through the Underground Railroad.

Today, quilts still tell a story but in a different way.  Some quilts have been in progress for years and some are completed quickly.  Some are made for loved ones and some are made in memory of loved ones.  I love to hear these stories and would love to help your quilt have its story told through long-arm services.

Quilting Services

The services I provide as part of your quilt story are edge-to-edge hand-guided or computerized quilting and light custom work.

  • Edge to edge means that the quilting will be uniform across the quilt top and not area-specific.

  • Computerized quilting is using a computer program to guide machine to stitch out the pattern.

  • Hand-guided means your quilt will be a one of a kind and not created by a computer but instead will be manually guided following the pattern.

  • Pantographs are the patterns I use when hand-guide stitching.

  • Custom stitching is using rulers, different area patterns such as blocks, or just free hand stitching.

Pantograph Patterns

Choosing a special quilting pattern to complete your quilt allows it to tell its own story.  What kind of stitching design would you like?

Take a look at the available pantographs I have available.

"I received a custom quilt that was quilted by Quilt N Things LLC as a gift, and it immediately became my absolute favorite go-to cozy blanket! Everyone who sees it comments on how beautifully made it is."
